Posho and Polenta
I made polenta this week, and it reminds me very much of posho in texture, only grainier. The posho I had a restaurant in Nakapiripirit was actually tastier, without a cornmeal taste at all. (Well, perhaps that's because it wasn't made with corn; but sorghum is probably a very similar grain.) Hmm, the Karamojong and Italians have more in common than I thought...

Did you like the polenta? I tried it long ago but didn't enjoy the bland taste as a main dish. I'll let the Italians and Karamajong have it. I do like cornmeal porridge with milk and honey for a breakfast cereal. Hmmm. I haven't made it for a long time; I'll have to do that soon. Corn is quite healthful, isn't it?

Your cornmeal porridge sounds good. I did like polenta, but was eating with tomatoes, etc. so it wasn't too bland.
